I missed that, but since I woke up needing to hear “The Girl Who Lives on Heaven Hill” and “Celebrated Summer” again, I’ll get another chance.

“How to Skin a Cat” ain’t never gonna be my favorite Dü tune, but I do wonder what the heck Grant (?) is mumbling about in the background.

You shouldn’t skip any tracks on that album. For instance, if you skip the last one, you’ll miss one of the greatest ever album endings. (”Aw, the lead caved in.” “Who cares? It’s the last song on the album, it doesn’t really matter.” Or something like that.)

Seriously, no one in their right mind couldn’t love Cherry Marmalade. Listen as many times as you need to until you adore it. I didn’t think Kay could top herself after that, but she did with Weaponize; it’s outstanding!

Glad you liked Weaponize and you really should give cherry marmalade another shot. I agree with Bob Mac that Galapagos id epic and song Satellite is perfect. The vocals on Fall and This Dreadful Life are classic as well.

I think you must have been in a cruddy mood when you listened to Cherry Marmalade. Start with Happy To Be Here. Then go in the other direction and take in the epic (in my opinion) Gelapagos. Fall, Faded Dress, This Dreadful Life. OK, I’m a huge fan, but please go back and listen again. But Weaponize is GREAT!
